UPCOMING OPPORTUNITIES
In 2021, Pastor Kyle was invited on a Vision Casting trip with Clubhouse Guatemala, an organization based here in East Tennessee. Clubhouse Guatemala makes available mission sites in communities within Guatemala City and rural Guatemala areas. Pastor Kyle fell in love with the people, the culture, and the geography of Guatemala, and accepted a call from God to do mission work there.
Now, every year we partner with Clubhouse Guatemala to take at least one mission team to share the Gospel of Jesus, and His love, grace, and mercy to the wonderful people of Guatemala. If you have a call into mission work, or would love to experience the church in another culture, a mission trip to Guatemala might be for you. The next opportunity will be December 28, 2024 - January 3, 2025. There will be another trip in 2025. The tentative dates are July 28, 2025 - August 2, 2025. Our team will stay either at the Clubhouse Guatemala Mission house in Guatemala City, Camp Calvary in Pacaya, Guatemala, or a combination of both. The cost for the trip is airfare plus a $600 groundfee (that covers room and meals). We will do some fundraising before the trip to help with costs. If you’re interested in joining our team use the button below to submit a request, and someone will contact you soon.

WHAT OTHERS HAVE SAID
During my time in Guatemala I had multiple different experiences all holding different blessings in their own unique ways. The interactions I had with others, both locals and other missionaries built me up as a person, a Christian and what I strive for my walk with God to be. The different experiences we had, especially visiting the homes of the locals brought about great times of reflection on my own life and how blessed I am personally. Overall, during my time in Guatemala I was able to both serve and allow God to work through me, but also see God bless me in a multitude of ways.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this trip would be a profound opportunity to serve and share the gospel. One of the highlights was our time at the Guatemala compound, where we had the privilege of handing out food packages to those in need. Seeing the gratitude in the eyes of those we served was a powerful reminder of how much a simple act of kindness can mean. We also visited homes and had the opportunity to share the gospel of Jesus Christ. We prayed with the families, shared scriptures, and talked about the hope and salvation that comes through faith in Jesus. It was heartwarming to see how open and receptive the people were to hearing the good news. Each conversation was a reminder of the power of God’s word and the impact it can have on lives.
